Procellar Id informs the users of the website about its policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data of users and clients that may be collected through navigation or contracting of services through its website. In this regard, Procellar Id guarantees compliance with the current regulations on the protection of personal data, reflected in Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, and in Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Regulations for the Development of the LOPD.

Collection, purpose, and processing of data

Procellar Id has the duty to inform the users of its website about the collection of personal data that may be carried out, whether by sending an email or by filling out the forms included on the website. In this sense, Procellar Id will be considered responsible for the data collected through the means described above.

 

In turn, Procellar Id informs users that the purpose of the processing of the collected data includes: Responding to requests made by users, inclusion in the contact agenda, the provision of services, the management of the commercial relationship, and other purposes.

 

Operations, management, and technical procedures performed in an automated or non-automated manner that enable the collection, storage, modification, transfer, and other actions on personal data, are considered the processing of personal data. All personal data that is collected through the Procellar Id website and, therefore, is considered as processing of personal data, will be incorporated into the files declared before the Spanish Data Protection Agency by Procellar Id.

Communication of information to third parties

Procellar Id informs users that their personal data will not be transferred to third-party organizations, with the exception that such data transfer is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service implies the need for a contractual relationship with a data processor. In the latter case, the transfer of data to a third party will only be carried out when Procellar Id has the express consent of the user.

User rights

Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, grants interested parties the possibility of exercising a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data. Insofar as the user’s data is processed by Procellar Id, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition, in accordance with the provisions of the current legal regulations on the protection of personal data.

To exercise these rights, the user must send a written communication, providing documentation that proves their identity (ID card or passport), to the following email address: procellarid.azores@gmail.com.

The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user themselves. However, they may be executed by an authorized person acting as the legal representative of the authorized party. In such a case, documentation proving this representation of the interested party must be provided.
